- Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to perform administrative tasks smoothly.
- Assist with office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and general clerical support.
- Support team members with administrative tasks like photocopying, filing, and managing office supplies to keep operations running seamlessly.
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing customer support.
- Bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Previous office or clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and administrative support.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of office management practices including calendar management and personal assistant responsibilities.
