We are seeking a skilled Production Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills to oversee and manage production activities effectively.
Your job will be to coordinate production of materials from department to department, communicate procedures and expectations of quality, and to ensure quality and accuracy in production. This job requires both computer and organizational work with physical labor.
Duties:
- Assist in developing and implementing daily and weekly production schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed according to specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Communicate production schedules, priorities, and expectations to operators and production teams.
- Coordinate with the Supply Foreman, Production Foreman, and other departments to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Monitor work quality and production accuracy throughout each project.
- Identify production issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate project updates to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction management or a related field: 1 year min
- Experience in AutoCAD (Preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred)
- Proficiency with computers
