As a Bookkeeper, you play a critical role in managing the financial health of an organization by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and reconciling bank statements to ensure the accuracy of all accounts.
You will work in an office environment and collaborate with other departments to ensure all financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and organizational skills help keep the company's finances on track and support strategic decision-making.
Compensation:
$70,000 - $85,000 yearly Plus Bonuses
Responsibilities:-
Coordinate financial transactions each day and verify the accuracy of records
- Maintain accurate records by systematically reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Explore ways to enhance processes and apply effective bookkeeping strategies
- Oversee compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
- Create financial reports and circulate them among stakeholders to support decision-making
- Managing accounts payable and receivable

Qualifications:-
Five years or more in bookkeeping activities
- Familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks is beneficial
- Proven detail-oriented and organized work ethic
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar area
- Strongly favor candidates with Bookkeeper or analogous certification
