As the Dining Room Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the front-of-the house operations, setting the example for service excellence while mentoring and supporting your team. This is a full time position. Varying shifts. MUST be willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Ensure that wait staff dresses in designated uniforms that are clean and pressed

Maintain the daily menu.

Assist in establishing staffing schedule; monitor staffing schedule; and fill in when gaps in staffing exist, overtime can be avoided.

Confirm that dining room personnel extend exceptional customer service in seating residents, presenting menus and specials, answering questions, and making suggestions regarding food and services

Make sure that tables are promptly and properly bussed

Ensure that tables are cleared and reset in a timely and appropriate manner

Directly supervise employees in the dining room

Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
