The Role
We're seeking a Part-Time Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW or LMFT) or Resident in Counseling to provide outpatient psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families based on your interests and experience. We are unable to provide LCSW Supervision at this time, but hope to grow our LCSW program over the next year.
This position offers flexibility to build a caseload that aligns with your strengths while receiving support from a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy services to clients in an outpatient setting
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in consultation and supervision as appropriate
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice
- Develop and maintain a caseload consistent with availability
Qualifications
Licensed Clinicians:
- LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or License-Eligible Professional
Residents in Counseling:
- Active Virginia Resident in Counseling status
- Passion for learning and professional growth
- Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care
