Looking to hire a technician with experience and knowledge in automotive service and vehicle maintenance (lube, oil, filter, tire service, suspension, and other general automotive repairs) with a strong background in electrical/wiring repairs.
Current VA State Inspector License is PREFERRED.
Proficiency in Welding/Fabrication is a plus*
- If not currently State Inspector licensed, willing to test & obtain licensing, background check required.
- Knowledge of Wiring (Custom Work and Strobe Light Packages on Trucks),
- Connecting existing Stop/Tail/Turn Lights and Adding Additional DOT Lighting,
- Installing Trailer Hitch Harnesses as well as Camera Observation Systems,
- Capable of replicating pre-existing fabricated components
- Capable of reading and performing job orders, specifications, schematics, blueprints, and layouts.
- Creative fabricating and problem solving.
- Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
- Attention to detail necessary to adhere to quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Regular attendance is REQUIRED. Monday – Friday 8:30AM - 5PM with 30-minute lunch break.
