This individual will lead 2nd shift operations, overseeing both people and workflow during critical evening production hours.
We’re looking for a hands-on Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead our 2nd-shift compounding and fulfillment team. As the anchor for evening operations, this individual keeps production running smoothly, supports the team, and ensures quality and safety after senior leadership has left for the day. This manager guides the shift, solves problems as they arise, and makes sure every order leaving the building meets our standards.
This position is open to:
Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all compounding and fulfillment activities during the shift, ensuring compliance with state regulations, USP standards, and internal procedures.
Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and production pace — stepping in quickly when bottlenecks, equipment issues, or accuracy concerns arise.
Ensure the environment stays safe, organized, and compliant, including PPE use and cleanroom discipline where applicable.
