Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interventional GI Technician for a 13-week travel assignment at Northside Hospital Gwinnett. Join a high-volume GI Lab supporting inpatient and outpatient gastrointestinal and pulmonary diagnostic and interventional procedures in a collaborative hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during GI and pulmonary diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Prepare procedure rooms, instruments, and specialized equipment.
- Support advanced procedures including ERCP, SpyGlass, EUS, and Navigation Bronchoscopy.
- Ensure proper instrument sterilization and infection prevention practices.
- Monitor and maintain procedure supplies and equipment.
- Document patient care and procedural information accurately.
- Maintain patient safety and provide excellent procedural support.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Interventional GI Technician experience.
- AHA BLS Certification required.
- Experience assisting with ERCP, SpyGlass, EUS, Navigation Bronchoscopy, and GI/Pulmonary procedures.
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique, procedural equipment, and patient safety.
- Previous travel experience required.
- Travel candidates only (No local candidates within 50 miles).

- Day Shift:4x10 hours
- 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week (40 Expected Hours)
