We are open Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00, with no weekends or holidays. Consideration will be given to candidates with optical experience and certification, however personality and work style are the qualifications most important for hiring!

As an employee at MKG Vision & White Lake Vision you would:
- Prepare for and warmly greet our patients, maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment
- Educate patients and potential patients about the advanced exam and lens options offered and the everyday problems they solve
- Assist in frame selection and complement patients on their new eyewear
- Communicate patient needs to the appropriate department
- Conflict resolution as needed
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments and explaining charges to patients
- Interpret insurance benefits, and help patients maximize their savings
- Be responsible to maintain detailed documentation on messages, orders
- Be supported by a team of coworkers who will treat you like family
