We are currently seeking a registered nurse for full-time night shift.
Hours: 12-hour shifts; 6-6. Block scheduling.
Full Time: 3 shifts per week, including every other weekend rotation. Nurses work a holiday schedule that includes 3 of the 6 major holidays.
PRN requirements: minimum of 2 shifts per month, 1 must be a weekend shift (Sat/Sun). 1 major holiday per year.
Base Pay Range: $37-44/hr (calculated based on years of experience)
Shift Differentials: $3/hr on weeknights (Mon-Fri), $2/hr on weekend days (Sat/Sun), $5/hr on weekend nights (Sat/Sun)
Charge Differential: $3/hr

About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll deliver hospital-level care in a healing environment designed for optimal recovery. Unlike traditional post-acute settings, our patients require advanced clinical expertise, and you’ll work alongside a highly skilled interdisciplinary team to manage complex medical needs.
Hours: 3x12-hour shifts weekly | 7-7 | Alternating weekends
Position Highlights:

Average Patient Stay: 10–14 days

Conditions Treated: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, orthopedic, and complex medical cases

Collaborative Care: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, respiratory therapy, case managers & more

Advanced Clinical Skills: IV therapy, tracheostomy care, wound care, mobility support, and management of lines, tubes, and drains
✔️ What You’ll Need:

RN License (State of KS)

BLS required
-
1+ year of RN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)
