About the Job
Stumpf’s Lawn Care is a locally owned lawn and landscape company serving the Lancaster area. We’re looking for a dependable Groundskeeper.
Our groundskeeper are men and women who are trained to have the skills, techniques, and vision to nurture healthy gardens with the goal of long term beauty. They will help shape, protect and install plants, trees, maintain weeds and landscape as part of a team that nurtures and values personal and professional growth, and client satisfaction.
Technicians should be reliable, have a ‘can-do attitude’ and a desire to help teammates succeed.
- Assist in planting, pruning and developing plants.
- Experienced with hand and power tools safely to complete gardening tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Hours:
· Part-time & Full-time
· 6:30am-3pm, Monday – Friday
We are mostly looking for Full time workers, but for someone already skilled and just wants to put in a few hours/day or 2-3 full days/week, there could be an opportunity. It depends on many variables, but mostly looking for full time workers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (required)
- Prior landscaping/ groundskeeper experience
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- PA Pesticide Certification a plus, but not required
Pay & Benefits
- $18 - $22 /hour (based on experience)
- Weekly pay with opportunities for overtime
