Bloom City Club is now hiring qualified and experienced Budtenders to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI.
We are looking for applicants who are interested in forming a long-term relationship with our company; people who are dependable, trustworthy, confident, organized, motivated, positive and passionate about their work. We offer flexible scheduling, but both positions require working weekend shifts and some holidays. A caring, considerate, customer service focused, and enthusiastic attitude for the industry is a must. This position gives a self-driven and motivated candidate room for development and growth. Must be a team player, implement constructive feedback and have the ability to learn at a fast pace.
Candidates must at least 21 years of age with a valid Drivers License as this location does provide delivery and pass a criminal background check which means you have no felony convictions in the past 10 years and no controlled substance misdemeanors within the previous 5 years. Upholding Michigan marijuana laws with patients and fellow employees is an essential part of the job and mandatory.
