Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the assigned electrical scope, coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and daily activities to keep the project on schedule.
- Work closely with Project Superintendent and other trades to ensure effective coordination and execution.
- Maintain and promote high standards of quality and safety.
- Use company-provided technology, including an iPad and smartphone, to manage project information, communicate with teams, track progress, and support timely project completion.
- Supervise and mentor employees working on the designated scope.
Requirements:
- Progressive leadership experience in the field of electrical engineering.
- Five years of experience overseeing electrical scope on multi-million-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
- Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and safety requirements.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
