HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking Field Technicians to join our safety-focused team supporting oilfield operations at various customer locations. This role is responsible for assisting with well site preparation, excavation, equipment operation, and general labor activities associated with well abandonment, facility maintenance, and related services.
Field Technicians serve as representatives of HPC-Industrial, maintaining strong working relationships with customers while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals, including transitioning military personnel—to apply hands-on skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in oilfield services, construction, or industrial labor preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments (heat, cold, uneven terrain)
- Basic understanding of well preparation for rigs and heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in English for safety purposes
- Valid driver’s license required (must meet company driving policy)
OSHA training (or willingness to obtain) preferred
