We're looking for a licensed medical aesthetician who shares that philosophy and wants to build something meaningful alongside a growing surgical practice.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced, licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our team as an independent contractor. You'll provide aesthetic services to both clinic-referred patients and your own growing clientele, working within a modern, physician-led medical spa environment. Scheduling is flexible and typically coincides with our surgeon's operating days to maximize patient flow and treatment opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Deliver a full range of aesthetic services (facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and other modalities depending on your specialty) to Le Yuan Aesthetic patients
- Build and maintain your own active client base while also servicing patients referred directly by the Clinic
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and comply with all Georgia Board of Cosmetology, OSHA, and HIPAA standards
- Represent the Le Yuan Aesthetic brand with professionalism, polish, and exceptional bedside manner
- Collaborate with our clinical and patient care team to deliver a seamless, five-star patient experience
Compensation
Generous revenue-share compensation as an independent contractor, with an enhanced rate on clients you personally generate. Flexible payment schedule.
Requirements
- Active Georgia Aesthetician License in good standing
- Current professional liability insurance
- Prior experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of skin health, contraindications, and pre/post-procedure care
- Impeccable professionalism, punctuality, and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently while representing a collaborative, patient-first culture
