Job Summary:
The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical quality, patient care standards, and nursing practice across the organization. This role ensures that all care delivered meets clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards while supporting the development and competency of the nursing team. The Clinical Services Manager functions as the clinical expert and educator, partnering closely with operations leadership to ensure safe, effective, and compliant care delivery.Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
Clinical Services Manager (RN Manager)
- Active RN license in Georgia (required)
- 3–5+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical standards, HIPAA, and healthcare compliance
- Experience in home care or home health preferredResponsibilities/essential functions:

1. Provide clinical oversight for all nursing and clinical services
2. Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care is consistently delivered
3. Conduct supervisory visits, clinical assessments, and case reviews as needed
4. Support complex patient cases and provide clinical guidance to staff
5. Lead clinical onboarding, training, and ongoing education for nursing staff
6. Develop and reinforce clinical competencies and best practices
7. Serve as a clinical mentor and resource for nursing staff
8. Support continuing education and skills development initiatives
9. Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and organizational clinical regulations
10. Oversee HIPAA compliance and clinical documentation standards
11. Support internal audits and quality improvement initiatives
12. Develop and update clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
13. Partner with Care Operations Manager to align clinical care with operational execution
14. Provide clinical input on care plans, staffing needs, and patient escalation concerns
15. Support resolution of clinical issues impacting patient outcome

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
