STLCC has a new Program Manager position starting July 1, 2026. This is a grant funded position for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. Interviews will be scheduled the first week of July.
Performs managerial duties necessary to coordinate federal, state, local and externally funded adult basic education programs (HiSET, GED, ESL etc.), plans and initiates programs. Act as liaison with local, state and federal government entities concerning federal funding of adult basic education programs. Manages grants, budgets, compliance and reporting in accordance with federal, state, local and funder requirements. Supervises adult basic education instructors.
