Location: Bronx, NY Hybrid (1 day onsite/week)

Salary Range:
LMSW: $70,000 – $75000 +per year (Based on experience & open to negotiate) + Benefits
LCSW: $90,000 – $95,000+ per year (Based on experience & open to negotiate) + Benefits
Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate LMSW/LCSW to support children and adolescents in a behavioral health setting. This role involves working closely with families, schools, and care teams to provide high-quality mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments
- Develop and manage treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Perform crisis intervention when needed
- Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- Active LMSW or LCSW license (New York)
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience with children/adolescents
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
