Govig Healthcare Group has partnered with a an assisted living/memory care facility in Jacksonville, NC to identify an experienced Director of Resident Care (Nursing) to lead clinical operations and oversee nursing services within the community.
This leader will be responsible for managing nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving high standards of resident care. The Director of Resident Care will oversee clinical processes including care planning, documentation integrity, and quality improvement initiatives while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support positive resident outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in senior living or related area of nursing, deep knowledge survey readiness, and clinical documentation, and the ability to mentor and develop nursing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Active RN license or LPN required
- Prior leadership experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, home healthcare or a related field of nursing
- Experience managing nursing teams and driving quality care initiatives

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
