About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Small Truck Driver to support our local landscape supply and delivery operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and being part of a tight-knit team. All deliveries are local—no overnights, no long hauls.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport materials to and from local job sites, retail customers, and distribution yards
- Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment (training provided)
- Follow pre-planned delivery routes and maintain an efficient schedule
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain delivery logs, mileage records, and fuel/toll receipts
- Communicate with dispatch and office staff regarding delays or changes
- Ensure compliance with all safety and driving regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous driving experience (delivery or small truck preferred)
- Comfortable driving in various weather and traffic conditions
- Able to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Familiarity with GPS or route navigation tools
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- DOT Medical Card Required-or ability to pass examine prior to start date

- Must be able to relocate or commute reliably prior to start date
