Who We Are Looking For
Apex Integrated Therapy Services is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services at one of our partner pediatric clinic locations in the Spring, Texas area. This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking for a flexible position with the potential to grow into a more consistent caseload.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized pediatric speech-language therapy
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop appropriate treatment goals and plans of care
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment as clinically appropriate
- Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding progress and recommendations
- Collaborate professionally with Apex clinicians and members of the partner clinic's interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain independent clinical judgment and practice within the SLP scope of practice
- Follow Apex documentation, compliance, and clinical standards
Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
Preferred:
- Experience working with children with Autism children and children with developmental differences
- Experience working in pediatric outpatient, developmental, or interdisciplinary clinic settings
- Familiarity collaborating with BCBAs, behavioral health professionals, educators, or other pediatric providers
