As a Youth Advocate, you'll play a vital role in helping children and their families heal, grow, and thrive.
What You'll Do:

Advocate for Kids: Provide trauma-informed support to youth ages birth to 17, helping them build confidence, emotional regulation, and life skills.

Collaborate with Parents: Work closely with parents to align youth goals with family goals, creating cohesive and supportive experiences.

Lead Fun & Impactful Groups: Organize engaging lesson plans and activities for children's groups, ensuring learning is fun and meaningful.

Be a Community Connector: Serve as CAPSA's go-to resource for youth services in Cache and Rich Counties, building strong partnerships and advocating for families.
What We're Looking For:

A bachelor's degree in social work, childhood development, or a related field is preferred-but passion and experience matter most!

At least 2 years of experience working with children in social services, education, or crisis settings.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus a flexible, can-do attitude.
