PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE A PLUS
Willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Determine customers wants and needs by listening and asking question to find the right vehicle
- Demonstrate vehicles features and test drive
- Follow up with prospective customers and return phone calls/emails
- Complete quotes and explain details
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Ongoing GM Training Programs
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Positive attitude, integrity, attention to detail, enthusiasm and High Energy
- Valid Iowa Drivers License
- Background Check
- Clean Driving record
- Must pass drug screen
