Role Overview: Responsible for the physical installation of holiday lights and decor according to instructions from the Installation Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install lighting and decor elements, following safety protocols and installation guides.
- Perform routine checks to ensure installations meet MCL standards.
- Address any installation issues with the Installation Team Lead.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Experience in installation, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Ability to follow instructions and installation guides.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in installations.
- Safety-conscious.
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
