Madrid Painting is growing and I am looking for 1 experienced painter I can count on. We specialize in repaints and remodel work across the Treasure Valley - Mountain Home, Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Kuna, Eagle, Star, Caldwell. Main focus is interior and exterior repaints with some siding replacement, texturing, cabinet refinishing, staining, epoxy flooring and wallpaper.I am looking for a painter who can show up, own the work, and not need babysitting.
What I am offering:
- W2 employment - I handle the taxes, no giant surprise bill at the end of the year
- Pay: $22 - $26/hr to start for journeyman painters, up to $30/hr for proven leads
- Full time, Monday through Friday, no weekends required
- Year round work for the right person

You must have:
- 3+ years professional painting experience on interiors and exteriors
- Strong prep skills - masking, caulking, patching, sanding
- Clean brush and roll work
- Confident with airless spray equipment
- Experience with stain and cabinet refinishing
- Your own reliable truck or van and basic tools
- Speak English clearly (bilingual is a plus)
- Respect for clients and job sites - no smoking or vaping on site
- Keep Jobsites clean daily
Nice to have:
- Siding replacement and light carpentry
- Texture repair and matching
- Epoxy flooring
- Wallpaper removal and install

I am the owner and I still paint. The goal is to build a small, high quality crew and keep everyone busy and paid all year. If you do good work and show up, I will take care of you.
