Our company is a fast-growing multi-state cannabis oil manufacturer. Currently we produce bulk ingredients for some of the highest-regarded cannabis companies, and we are in the process of expanding our operations at our facility in Van Nuys, California. To do this, we are scaling our production capacity, optimizing our oil extraction equipment and processes, and stabilizing new post-processing operations. One of the backbones of increasing our production capacity is a talented Laboratory Supervisor.
The Laboratory Supervisor will be driven by quality, relentlessly curious about continual improvement, and have the kindness and communication acumen to lead a passionate group of technicians to deliver best-in-class oil products to our clients. The Laboratory Supervisor will ensure clean and safe products, and a clean, safe, professional, and compliant work environment.
To be effective in a management role requires both management experience and a proclivity towards planning and problem-solving. The Laboratory Supervisor will have a hands-on approach, gaining enough mastery of our advanced technical processes to effectively manage both the equipment and the people that operate the equipment. The Laboratory Supervisor ensures that on-the-ground operations are aligned with the company’s mission and objectives, and knows that every single experience someone has with the company or its products is an opportunity to spark joy and build a deep connection to us and our brand. The Laboratory Supervisor is a driver of this principle: if something doesn’t improve the company’s brand, it does not go out the door.
