Crane Tech LLC is a small, family-oriented company looking for an experienced Shop Welder/Fabricator to join our team. We build, repair, and modify overhead & shop cranes. If you take pride in your work, enjoy building things that last, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, we'd like to hear from you.
This is a shop position. We are not looking for pipe welders or rig welders. We're looking for someone with solid fabrication skills who enjoys building quality equipment and takes pride in doing the job right.
What You'll Be Doing
- Fabricating and welding overhead cranes, crane components, and structural steel
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Measuring, fitting, cutting, grinding, and preparing materials
- Operating fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspecting finished work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Working alongside a small team to complete projects on time
What We're Looking For
- Experience with structural steel fabrication and shop welding
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and willing to jump in wherever needed
