Front Desk Coordinator / Chiropractic Assistant (Per Diem / Part-Time)

At Parisi Chiropractic & Wellness Center, we do things differently than the traditional high-volume healthcare office. We focus on providing personalized, one-on-one care and creating an exceptional patient experience from the very first phone call to the moment a patient walks out our door.
We are currently looking for a warm, personable, highly organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator / Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing practice. While administrative responsibilities are certainly part of the role, this position is ultimately about communication, connection, and helping patients feel genuinely cared for.
We are not simply looking for someone to “answer phones.” We are looking for someone who can help create a welcoming, professional, and supportive atmosphere for every patient who interacts with our office.
Position Type
- Per diem / Part-time
- Approximately 8–15 hours per week to start
- Opportunity for increased hours and long-term growth as the practice continues to expand
Potential Schedule
Schedule is flexible, but ideal availability may include some combination of:
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday mornings & afternoons/evenings
- Tuesday mornings
- Thursday afternoons/evenings
- Occasional Saturday mornings

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and return missed calls promptly
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Welcome and check patients in/out
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Help manage patient communication and follow-up systems
- Assist with online booking requests and appointment coordination
- Support patient retention and overall office flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Assist with day-to-day office operations as needed

Preferred Experience
The following experience is helpful, but not required:
- Front desk or receptionist experience
- Customer service or hospitality experience
- Medical, chiropractic, PT, wellness, spa, or fitness office experience
- Experience with scheduling software, texting systems, or CRM platforms
