Front Office Administrator: Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and addressing client needs.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain close communication with clinical team regarding patient communications such as cancellations and changes in the schedule.
- Manage the reception area by greeting patients and directing patient flow efficiently.
- Verify insurance benefits and inputting insurance breakdown information into practice management software.
- Collect patient copays, sending and receiving insurance claims, and following up on overdue claims.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with Opendental practice management software is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or clerk is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in handling dental insurance claims is preferred.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills is essential.

Job Schedule (Approximately 40 hours per week)
Tue: Alternates between 9:45AM-7PM and 8:00AM-2:00PM
Wed-Thurs: 9:45AM-7:00PM
Fri: 7:30AM-4:30PM
Sat(every other): 8:00AM-1:30PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
