On the business side, you'll attend meetings, track commitments, and provide oversight for our remote bookkeeping function. You don't need to be an accountant, but you do need to be detail-oriented enough to review financials, catch discrepancies, and ensure the numbers add up.
On the personal side, you'll help with family logistics, estate coordination, errands, and whatever else comes up. This role blends business and life—if rigid boundaries are important to you, this isn't the right fit.

What You'll Do – Business Side
Financial Oversight: Review work from our remote bookkeeper—check invoices, verify vendor payments, reconcile discrepancies, and flag anything that doesn't look right. You're the control layer.
Meeting Support: Join client meetings and internal calls as a second set of eyes and ears. Document action items, track commitments, and follow up to make sure things actually get done.
Administrative Coordination: Keep scheduling, correspondence, and documentation organized. Coordinate with legal counsel, vendors, and partners as needed.
Security & Confidentiality: You'll have access to sensitive information—business and personal. Discretion isn't optional; it's foundational.
What You'll Do – Personal & Family Side
Estate & Property: Help coordinate contractors and vendors for home construction and farm operations. Handle household admin, inventory, and maintenance scheduling.
Family Support: Assist with kid logistics—school, transportation, occasional childcare. Handle errands like returns, deliveries, and whatever local tasks pop up.
Travel: Occasional travel with family or other parties. You'll help coordinate logistics and provide support on the ground.
What We're Looking For
Based in Palm Beach County. This role requires local presence—you'll be handling errands, family support, and in-person tasks regularly.
Comfortable reviewing financial documents. You don't need to be a CPA, but you should be able to spot when numbers don't match, invoices look off, or something needs a second look.
Tech-savvy and curious about AI tools. We use a modern stack—HubSpot, Slack, and industry-specific platforms. You should pick up new software quickly and actually enjoy it.
Detail-oriented in a way that matters. You catch the things other people miss.
Self-directed. You see a problem, you own it, you solve it. Waiting to be told what to do isn't your style.
Okay with non-traditional hours. Not constant, but when something urgent comes up, you're responsive.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must pass background check, credit check, and drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000 depending on experience
