Earn More Than Just a Paycheck
Starting Base Pay: $14.00/hour
Our agents earn an average of $18–$25/hour with monthly commission, and there’s no cap on your earning potential.

What You’ll Do
As a Collections Agent, you will:
- Contact consumers regarding delinquent accounts while providing professional, exceptional customer service
- Use negotiation and communication skills to overcome objections and reach resolutions
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges
- Take ownership of and proactively manage your own pool of accounts
