About the Position
You'll represent active campaigns inside busy retail locations, helping customers learn more about products, services, and campaign offerings through professional face-to-face conversations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and maintaining branded promotional displays.
- Welcoming customers and initiating conversations.
- Explaining campaign information, products, and services clearly.
- Responding confidently to customer questions and concerns.
- Assisting customers through the full registration or sales process.
- Working towards daily and weekly performance targets.
- Maintaining high presentation standards throughout each campaign.
- Taking part in regular coaching and team development sessions.
Candidate Profile
