Sterilization Technician (Career Track to Dental Assistant)
Baxter Dental Center – Baraboo, WI
Pay: $18–22 per hour, depending on experience
Expected Hours: Approximately 17–18 hours per week
Schedule
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – Close (typically by 7:30 PM)
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – Close (typically by 5:30 PM)

Baxter Dental Center is looking for a dependable, motivated team member to join our growing practice as a Sterilization Technician.

No dental experience is required. We are happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, enjoys learning, and takes pride in helping others.
What You’ll Do
- Clean, sterilize, inspect, and organize dental instruments
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient care
- Set up instrument trays for dental procedures
- Stock operatories and maintain clinical supplies
- Help keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Support the clinical team with day-to-day operations
- Receive on-the-job training in dental procedures and clinical skills, with the opportunity to advance into a Dental Assistant role
