Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 6-8 hour day shifts, includes weekends
Estimated schedule: Weekdays 12pm–7pm; weekends 10am–3pm

About the Role
The UPS Store centers offer shipping, freight, postal, printing, and business services through convenient locations and world-class service. Our strength comes from the talented, dedicated associates who lead and operate each retail location.
The Center Associate delivers outstanding customer service to all retail customers — receiving and processing packages for courier shipment, operating copiers, fax machines, binding and laminating equipment, and point-of-sale systems.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shipping and retail needs
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, including cash handling and cash drawer procedures
- Practice active listening with customers and teammates
- Take ownership of shipping problems and offer solutions
- Learn our products, services, and industry trends
- Operate equipment and software confidently, and help train others
- Recommend additional products or services when they genuinely help the customer
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and support merchandising efforts
- Keep the workspace clean and safe
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Reliable transportation to our Flagler St. location
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite is a plus
- Available to work weekends
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
