Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Cosmetic Injector to join our vibrant aesthetic team. In this role, you will deliver expert injectable treatments, including botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers, and develop the medspa department. You will play a vital part in providing exceptional client care, performing a variety of aesthetic procedures, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. Your expertise will contribute to elevating our clients’ confidence while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. Duties
- Administer botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision, adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices
- Perform a range of aesthetic procedures the more the better
- Conduct consultations to understand client goals, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed client records using salon or med spa management software such as Phorest.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines
- Manage client communication through social media platforms and in-person interactions to promote services and build lasting relationships
- Uphold strict sanitation standards by sterilizing equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and following health regulations at all times
Experience
- Proven experience working as a cosmetic injector or in a med spa environment with certification in injection administration
- Strong background in esthetics
- Knowledge of management systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Experience with social media management for marketing and client engagement purposes is a plus
- Background in nursing, cosmetology, or esthetician training is highly preferred
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques, upselling treatments or products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Pay: $18.00 - $100.00 per hour
