In business since 1984, Weldas Co. in Franklin is a manufacturer of welding apparel for welding and industrial use. We have distribution centers worldwide, Franklin, TN being the headquarters for North & South America. As a manufacturer, Weldas® sells exclusively to distributors (B2B).
Sales and Marketing Representative
We are currently seeking an individual that enjoys building relationships & has a go getter attitude to increase business with our distributors. This position will be responsible to assist Regional Sales Managers and ensure the market in your territory knows of our brands and products offered by Weldas®. This is generally done through networking, broadcasting by email, phone call, and make occasional company paid travel to see new and existing customers to build rapport. Planning and attending trade shows would also be required.
Requirements:
- Associates degree or higher, 3-5 years experience can sub for education
- Background check and drug screen
- Paid Travel
- Must possess good communication skills and self motivated
- Organized and self disciplined
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary + sales incentives + bonus
- Full time position, M-F 8-4:30
