Paver & Landscape Laborer
Outdoor Transformations FL LLC is hiring a dependable Paver & Landscape Laborer to join our growing team serving St. Johns County and the Jacksonville area.
This is a hands-on outdoor position working on residential hardscape and landscape projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Installing and removing pavers
- Moving and spreading base, sand, rock, and other materials
- Landscape and sod installation
- Drainage installation
- Retaining wall and block installation
- Loading and unloading materials
- Demolition and site preparation
- Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite
- Assisting crew leaders with daily project tasks
Qualifications:
- Paver, landscaping, construction, or general labor experience preferred
- Irrigation Experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation to job sites or designated meeting location preferred
- Dependable and able to report to work on time
- Comfortable performing physical labor outdoors in Florida weather
- Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Able to follow instructions and work well with a crew
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, hardworking, and interested in learning the trade.
