Phat Panda | Worcester, MA
Phat Panda is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cultivation Team Member to support daily plant care and facility operations. This position works as part of a team to maintain clean, organized work areas and complete routine cultivation tasks according to established procedures.
Schedule: Full-time | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM | One weekend day required

- Perform routine plant care and maintenance tasks

Water, prune, feed, and maintain plants according to established procedures

Assist with plant training and other production activities

Prepare, clean, and sanitize work areas and equipment

Assist with harvesting and post-harvest activities

Support cultivation projects and daily production tasks

Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation

Follow company procedures for safety, sanitation, quality, and facility operations

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
- Must be at least 21 years of age

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous plant, agricultural, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is helpful but not required

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Basic computer skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks

Comfortable working in warm and humid indoor environments

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
This position is performed in an indoor production environment. Team members may work around plants, soil, water, cleaning products, equipment, and varying temperatures and humidity levels. Proper training and workplace safety procedures are provided.
