Manage the execution of Ship as Basic & the PUSH to Marketable plan while balancing available capacity and requirements;
Responsible for prioritization signal in PP1 (local push, ship-as-basic outbound);
Responsible for monitoring seed coming into PP2, prioritizing & sending RCCP to site and finishing out push process to make seed marketable, managing inventory including upgrading plans;
Responsible of Push inventory to MRKT state while adhering to product specifications (Within 12 months);
- Collaborate with the Future Year Planner and Regional Plant Planner on the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan to ensure the execution of PUSH plan. Works with MEX to plan and execute PUSH to Marketable process;

Optimize localized resources, capacity, and processing requirements with focus on reliably transitioning the PUSH plan to marketable inventory;
Collaborate with the Future Year Planner to manage obsolescence and analyze pain points. Lead the execution of Deterioration and Obsolescence (D&O) actions within the plants (write offs, medium and bad quality management);
Partner with local Near-Term Planner on handoffs from PUSH to PULL planning process. Understand and leverage local Replenishment Strategy linkages to the PUSH planning process;
Collaborate on localized allocation inputs necessary to drive Revenue at Risk decisions. Ensure local prioritization or upgrading decisions are completed;
Identify and resolve any supply constraints and/or exceptions via the supply planning escalation methodology;
Ship as Basic stage: Internal validation process ensuring seed inspection criteria met to move to next processing country & destination country;
Push to Marketabe: Analysis of batch phytosanitary attributes vs intended demand country requirements. Generate lab test request signal;
Work with NT Planner to check supply/demand matching of phytosanitary requirements and if mismatch make request for additional testing;
Provide continuous improvement feedback on related business processes and participate in Continuous Improvement projects;
Close collaboration/liaison with S&OE Process to provide and receive inputs that impact Harvest, Treat and Pack, Transportation, etc;
Make appropriate adjustments to plans based on business needs utilizing the decision logic within PS planning horizons;
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field;
Strong communication skills including ability to influence peers and leaders;
Ability to makes tough and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent decision and problem-solving skills;
Background in data, analytics and knowledge in applied statistics;
Ability to work effectively in a global, team-based and matrix environment;
Fluent English (spoken and written);
Preferred Qualifications:
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $63,040.00 - $94,560.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
