Job Summary
We are seeking a Laboratory Analyst to join a Quality Control team in Sabana Hoyos, PR. This contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented science professional with laboratory experience who is ready to support the safe release of pharmaceutical products in a regulated manufacturing environment.
The Laboratory Analyst will perform microbiological and/or analytical testing while following GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work in a structured, quality-focused environment with supportive leadership, strong teamwork, and exposure to important compliance processes within pharmaceutical quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological testing, including bioburden, endotoxins, sterility, and environmental monitoring.
- Execute laboratory testing in accordance with SOPs, GMP, GLP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare culture media, reagents, samples, and laboratory materials for testing activities.
- Document test results accurately while following Good Documentation Practices.
- Handle samples in controlled environments while preventing contamination and maintaining sample integrity.
- Support quality investigations related to deviations, out-of-specification results, CAPA, and audit readiness.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $18 per hour.

- Schedule: Rotating shifts, including 1st and 2nd shift.
