ARO is looking to hire a Forklift/Material Handler in the Glenview, IL area. Deliver 70 or so internal deliveries a day. Must be customer service focused. Some fork lift experience is required. We offer consistent hours at 40 a week. 95% of the job is in doors in a controlled temperature environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and walk or stand for most of the day.

This is a Monday - Friday position, with the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for the majority of the work day
- Completes necessary safety training, follows appropriate procedures to ensure workplace safety
- Prepares materials for shipping, creates and wraps pallets, crates materials, load materials onto trucks with and without heavy machinery
- Receives incoming materials, records inventory, stocks materials in their appropriate places
- Documents all incoming and outgoing materials
- Uses scanning devices to track materials
- Places service calls for designated equipment
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail and packages
- Assists in opening/closing site under management supervision
- Practices company’s quality standards o Performs standard file pulls/refiles
- Performs internal/external messenger deliveries/pick ups/ processes a variety of incoming and outgoing mail/overnight courier services
- Maintains clean and organized site
- Provides assistance and/or solutions to client questions and problems
- Completes projects assigned by management and/or client
