Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Teach basic academic skills such as letters, numbers, shapes, and colors
- Incorporate hands-on activities and play-based learning into daily lessons
- Foster social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with tutoring in subjects such as math or physical education is a plus
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
Note: This position is not related to daycare or child welfare services. It is focused on providing educational instruction to preschool-aged children.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
