As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, cookware, kitchen equipment, and work areas while helping ensure smooth kitchen operations and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Serv-Safe or equivalent valid food handler's certification
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety
- Ability to work independently while supporting team operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper sanitation procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish stations, sinks, kitchen equipment, and surrounding work areas.
- Monitor dishwashing equipment and report maintenance concerns or equipment issues to management promptly.
- Ensure proper water temperatures, cleaning chemicals, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
- Organize and properly store clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Support kitchen and service teams by maintaining adequate levels of clean supplies throughout each shift.
- Remove trash, clean waste containers, and assist with general kitchen cleaning duties.
- Sweep, mop, and maintain clean floors and work areas throughout the shift.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and storing deliveries and supplies as needed.
- Attend scheduled team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Step in wherever needed to support the team and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company safety procedures.
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
