Compensation is $22 per hour, depending on experience.
30 hour position. Shift is midnight to 6 am, 5 days per week.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
-All applicants must successfully pass a background investigation and pre-employment drug screening.
-Two years experience in security
-Must have valid Washington State Guard Card
-Must have valid Washington State Drivers License
-Must have a smartphone with internet access
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be available to work nights
Physical Requirements:
Applicants must be in good physical shape and able to walk and/or stand for long periods of time. This includes bending, kneeling and possibly sitting for extended times during each shift.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience working with the homeless population
-Ability to work well with others
-Have good interpersonal skills
-Display both verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to efficiently handle potentially high stressful situations
-Law enforcement or military background
-Certification in less lethal tools (OC, and or taser)
