Role Overview:
As a Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families and clients to ensure their comfort, dignity, and quality of life. While this position is on-site only, you’ll have the flexibility to work either full-time or part-time, accommodating various needs and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Document care provided and report any changes in client health or behavior.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Experience in caregiving or a related field.

Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.

Empathy and compassion for clients and their families.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed.
Bonus If You:
- Have certifications in CPR or First Aid.

Are experienced with specialized care for conditions such as Alzheimer’s or dementia.

Possess additional language skills.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability required on weekdays and weekends.
Location:
This position is on-site only and is located in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.
