We are looking to add to our team because we are expanding! We have immediate openings for a Bilingual - Call Center Representative at our Fresno call center. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, the ability to make a high volume of outbound calls, meet the quota of appointments scheduled, and be a team player with a positive attitude!

Salary:
Hourly rate $17.00 base, with the ability to make $21 plus on commissions
Responsibilities and Duties:
The role of the Call Center Representative is to contact residential housing owners/renters by telephone, explain the programs available, ask a series of questions to determine if the homeowner/renter is eligible, qualify the residential housing owner for the program and set up an appointment with a designated Specialist.

Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (includes 30 min lunch)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Successfully complete the required initial training and all additional training stated in the ISA Training Plan.

Contact residential housing owners by telephone to educate them on the programs we have available.

Qualify the residential housing owner for the program (which includes completing the appropriate documentation required over the phone).

Set an appointment with the residential housing owner to meet with one of the companys Specialist.

Communicate the appointment date and time to the designated Specialist.

Submit required documentation.

Required to meet targeted goals.

Contribute to the efforts of the team and the companys overall goals.

Maintain continuity by documenting and communication actions, irregularities, and continuing needs appropriately.

Attend and participate in all training sessions and meetings.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bilingual - English and Spanish - Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 + years of customer service experience

1 + years of outbound calling experience highly preferred

1 + years of sales experience

Ability to pass a drug and background screening

Strong verbal, listening and communication skills

Excellent telephone etiquette

Knowledge of MS Office
