About Carter Law Center
Carter Law Center is a growing California workers' compensation law firm representing injured workers throughout Northern California. Our clients come to us during some of the hardest moments of their lives—injured, scared, frustrated, and overwhelmed by a system that often feels broken.
Our job is simple to describe and hard to do well: bring calm, clarity, and integrity to chaos.
We take our work seriously—but not ourselves. We believe excellent legal work and a healthy workplace can coexist. Our office is collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth, where people are encouraged to ask questions, help one another, and continue learning. We value professionalism without unnecessary formality and believe protecting our team's well-being is essential to serving our clients well.
If you're looking for a workplace where your work matters, your contributions are appreciated, and your teammates genuinely enjoy working together, we'd love to hear from you.

Who You'll Be Working With
You'll work directly with injured workers—people who often come to us during one of the most difficult periods of their lives. They need someone who is steady, honest, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping them navigate the workers' compensation system.

- Good systems create clarity, reduce stress, and prevent mistakes.
- Teams accomplish more than individuals working in isolation.
- Growth—both professionally and personally—is something to pursue, not just something to put in a job description.
- Success should not require burnout or sacrificing your health, relationships, or life outside of work.
At Carter Law Center, we believe you can do exceptional legal work while maintaining a healthy, sustainable workplace. We are committed to building a team where people support one another, take pride in their work, and genuinely care about the clients we serve.
