Overview
Lartey Wellness Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist (LCMFT) to join our team as a Part-Time LMFT Clinical Supervisor.
This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position with a commitment of approximately 1 hour per week. The weekly supervision hour will include clinical supervision as well as review of clinical documentation and notes.
Approximately 15–20 minutes of the weekly hour will be dedicated to note reviews, with the remaining time dedicated to clinical supervision, discussion of clinical cases, feedback, and professional guidance.

Lartey Wellness Group is a growing outpatient mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout Maryland.
We are seeking a qualified clinical supervisor who can provide thoughtful, professional, and supportive supervision while maintaining high standards of clinical care and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide approximately 1 hour of clinical supervision per week to assigned clinicians.
- Review clinical notes and documentation as part of the weekly supervision process.
- Dedicate approximately 15–20 minutes per week to reviewing clinical notes, with the remaining supervision time focused on clinical discussion and professional development.
- Provide guidance regarding clinical cases, treatment planning, documentation, and ethical considerations.
- Support clinicians in maintaining appropriate clinical and professional standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to promote quality client care.
- Maintain appropriate supervision documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Maryland licensing, ethical, HIPAA, and professional standards.
- Communicate with the Lartey Wellness Group team regarding supervision needs and concerns as appropriate.
QualificationsRequired
- Active Maryland LCMFT (Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist) license in good standing.
- Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or a closely related field.
- Experience providing clinical supervision to mental health professionals.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to provide consistent weekly supervision.
- Comfortable reviewing electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Strong understanding of professional ethics, clinical documentation, and Maryland licensing requirements.
Preferred
- Experience working in an outpatient behavioral health setting.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families.
- Experience providing supervision in a multidisciplinary behavioral health environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Approximately 1 hour per week
- Weekly supervision schedule to be coordinated with the assigned clinician(s).
- Flexible scheduling based on mutual availability.
- Supervision may be conducted virtually.
Compensation
$85/hour
The compensation rate is firm.
The scheduled 1-hour weekly supervision time includes both clinical note reviews and supervision. Approximately 15–20 minutes may be used for reviewing clinical notes, with the remaining time dedicated to supervision and clinical discussion.
