Position Summary
The Human Resources Generalist / Executive Office Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support while coordinating executive administrative and office operations within the manufacturing facility. This position supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, training, compliance, employee communications, and HR recordkeeping. Additionally, the role provides administrative support to plant leadership, manages front office operations, coordinates visitors and meetings, and assists with plant-wide communications and projects.
Human Resources Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and orientation activities.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Assist employees with questions regarding benefits, leave programs, company policies, and HR procedures.
Coordinate employee benefit enrollments, changes, and recordkeeping.
Administer and track FMLA, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Workers Compensation, and related leave programs.
Support employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and policy administration.
Maintain labor law postings, bulletin boards, compliance notices, and HR communications.
Support EEO, affirmative action, audits, compliance initiatives, employee engagement programs, and training activities.
Executive and Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and leadership team.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and leadership logistics.
Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
Track action items and support cross-functional communication and special projects.
Project and Plant Support
Support operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor management action plans and assist with KPI reporting.
Support audits, management reviews, customer visits, and plant communications.
Reception and Office Coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, contractors, and external partners.
Coordinate visitor registration, safety orientation, and site access.
Manage conference room scheduling, mail services, office supplies, and administrative services.
Qualifications
Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Bachelors preferred.
3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and HRIS experience preferred.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
