Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement age-appropriate curriculum for children
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for children with special needs, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Provide individualized instruction and support to meet the unique needs of each child
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities and play
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support the overall well-being of each child
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports
- Basic daily cleaning and Maintenance
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in early childhood education and curriculum development
- Familiarity with deaf education or willingness to learn and adapt teaching strategies for students with hearing impairments
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment
- Proficiency in math concepts and ability to incorporate them into lesson plans
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of child welfare regulations and ability to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
- Experience in physical education or willingness to incorporate physical activities into daily routines
